I bought this kit based upon the recommendations at [...] which is a forum that focuses on Bassboats. I recently purchased a 1994 Ranger bassboat that had some extensive oxidation. I was doubtful that this kit would work alone and I would eventually need to do some wet-sanding to get rid of the oxidation. Despite the gelcoat having oxidized away, it brought those areas to a bright sheen and shine. More importantly, the polish and wax provided a protective coating aginst UV rays, grime, and dirt.
