I just bought a 2008 Mercedes ML350 and the previous owner was a smoker. I asked the dealer if there was anything they could do about the smell but he said no (it had already been detailed). I found Auto Vaccine online and I am shocked that it got the smell out so quickly!! I put it in my car at 8pm the night before and the following morning at 8:30 am I took out, the smoke smell was 100% gone, all that was left was a bleach smell. I aired it out in the sun with the windows open for a few hours and now the bleach smell is very faint. I called the dealer to let him know about it. Definately order it straight from the manufacturer -- Biocide Systems.
