I tried this on my car and luckily followed the directions and only applied a very small amount. It not only didn't remove my existing swirls it actually appeared to be making new scratches!! I used a brand new 100% cotton applicator pad and followed the directions and used moderate pressure. Then I wiped it off with a brand new cobra microfiber towel. I could actually see scratches where I had wiped the product off with the microfiber towel.
I learned a valuable lesson which I would like to share with everyone. Don't touch your paint with anything...Get more detail about Meguiar's G17616 SwirlX.
