These things slip into the bottom of a 5 gal bucket and allow the grit to fall through, and they work! If you off-road or just like getting dirty you need one of these. I also use mine as a mini parts washer and a water blast "screen like" barrier for small parts cleaning, etc. One oddity was that Lowe's gray 5 gal buckets would only allow this guard to go partially down the bucket.
