I ordered a 10" wool buffing pad from Amazon that was to be shipped by TCP. I received an 8" pad. When I called TCP I got a run around. It took me 6 phone calls before I finally got authorization to return the pad. They insisted that the item as it appeared on Amazons web site clearly stated that the 10" pad only fit 8" and 7 1/2" buffers. No where on the Amazon site does it state that.
