As a general rule, I like the Permatex line of Fast Orange products. I've used a few different brands of hand wipes in the garage and these are the best so far. These towels are strong enough to hold up to your caked on greasy, oily, dirty hands (unlike some others I've bought at the local auto parts store that are like a wet paper towel), and they are great for cleaning tools afterwards.
