Finding this product locally was difficult. I tried about 6 places in my little town, and gave up and went online, as I had used it before and wanted to buy more.
It does not discolor the tires, and makes as much or as little "shine" as you want. If you like a nice clean satin black look, just use one coat. If you like a shiner look, just add another layer. It lasts through several professional car washes also, so you get more bang for your buck there as well.
