I just used this today on a whim, and it really impressed. It's similar to rubbing compound, but much safer to use, as it contains much milder abrasives. My car had some bird droppings that marred the paint. I used about five products trying to remove them, with no luck. I didn't think this would work either but after a few applications and some elbow grease they came out. I don't think it's meant to be used as a wax per se, but everyone should keep some of this handy. Get more detail about Turtle Wax T241A Polishing Compound.
