Optimum Car Wax***NEW*** Review

Optimum car wax is fabulous -- unbelievably easy to apply (think 15-20 minutes for a standard sedan), gives a beautiful sheen, is long-lasting, requires no buffing, leaves no residue, can be applied to glass and on black plastic, headlights, everywhere without making a mess, and is environmentally friendly. Folks, follow simple directions, and it doesn't get any better than this.
I wanted to wait awhile before I talked about this. I applied it to my car (that has a clear coat) a few weeks ago and the shine is out of this world! Yes the water does bead but I don't really care about that, I just want shine and sun protection.



This is supposed to last 4 Months. My car sits outside 24/7 so I'll see in a few months.



Application is a spray or stream and I used a microfiber car mop purchased just for this and in 15 min the entire car was waxed with no sweat! My 2005 car never looked better, it looks like a mirror. Hell as easy as it is, even if it only lasts half the time it's no big deal and I'm an old guy (60's) that appreciates that.



BTW I got 2 microfiber long handle car mops each in it's own bag on here Amazon. One for wash and one for wax (you don't really need the mops, I just liked the idea). You just spray the mist on clean paint, then just spread it around and that's it. No hard work at buffing. Spray and spread then go watch TV...

Easy Clay 100g - Red Color Clay Bar Review

The Clay Bar was much less malleable then what I had anticipated. It took some strength to shape and flatten it. But It seemed to work just fine and made the paint on my car really really smooth.



Was worth the price.
This product is quite a bit different from the blue Clay Magic bar I usually use. For starters, it's super-sticky; I suggest only handling it with wet hands. I used it with only water as a lubricant like they say; it requires a steady trickle from a garden hose, and you can only use light pressure or else it will stick to the paint. Because of this, it cuts a bit slower than the CM product. The things I like most though are the bar lasts a long time (likely because the impurities are constantly being flushed away), and it works great in direct sunlight. The cost savings by not having to buy a special lubricant is a nice bonus too.

Turtle Wax T-525A Bug and Tar Remover Liquid - 16 oz. Review

I have tried this on Love bugs and it works fine if you use it right away. Of course, so would soap and water. For bugs that have been on the front of my truck for more than a few hours, it does very little. And the previous reviewer was right; it does make more of a mess and needs to be washed off with soap and water.
I brought it, used it, nothing happened. Spent more time washing the stuff off, useless. Probably works well on very fresh sap, my daughters car, well she parks near a pine tree, and the sap was sun baked. I had better luck with Mr. Clean Sap Remover.

I absolutely love this polish. I frequently polish my cars, however none of the polishes I've tried work on the vinyl cladding/trim on my Jeep Cherokee. A friend mentioned Vinyl Magic and I bought it from the website ([...]). The polish makes my jeep look brand new and also last for about 2 months at a time (some of the similar products seemed to fade within a couple weeks).



My only complaint is it is kind of tough to find in the auto stores. I had to buy it online through the company. Hopefully, they'll start selling it in the major auto supplies stores soon.

Wheel Wax Bonus Package Review

Tried this on my wheels...does just what it says...made future cleanings easier, but still must clean wheels often...is easy to apply and rub off.
This is a great product to reduce the amount of brake dust and other things that get on the expensive wheels you purchased for your car. I have summer and winter wheels and I put this on before mounting the wheels - especially on the inside. At the end of the season, when the wheels are removed, they are very easy to clean. Throughout the season, I reapply each month or so and the wheels remain clean and shinny with little effort. The price is excellent and shipping was fast.
