It is anything but "heavy duty." My vinyl is on a boat and is heavily soiled and this product did not touch it. Went with Simple Green, elbow grease and a scrubby and it worked better. Get more detail about Meguiars M3916 Heavy Duty Vinyl Cleaner, 16 oz..
